My sister, Virginia Carter, 992H-4FY, was born in 1961 to my parents Ray Carter, LJ65-WMP, and Marjorie Carter, KWZ3-3TH, who were sealed in Idaho Falls on 25 Jul 1951. She is listed as Sealing to Parents available in Family Search. How do I get her listed as BIC?
