Confidential Person

I have been reviewing the Help Articles for "Confidential Person" and am unable to resolve this question. One article says that I can reserve ordinances for a Confidential Person, BUT

In my wife's account she shows [removed] with ALL his temple ordinances completed.

I have the same person in my account [removed] and I can request all the ordinances. Why would I request and redo the ordinances that have already been done??

Is there a way to merge these two ID's??

I tried to merge but the search came back "No Results Found"

Thanks

Curtis Nielson

Being confidential, both profiles are "for your eyes only"; they are in your respective private tree spaces, where they cannot be merged. His ordinances are done, so there is nothing for you to do with your duplicate. You could delete it, or keep it as a proxy with a note to self to leave it alone.

I will flag this discussion for a moderator to remove the details.
