Temple Reservations Help

I have less than 300 reservations that are not shared with the temple, yet I keep getting a message saying I cannot reserve temple ordinances because I have more than 300 reservations. Please help!

Hi Steven Welcome to Family Search Community and posting your question about ordinance reservations. When we look at your reservations we note that you have 239 on you reservation list and 85 shared with a group. Both your reservation list and those shared with the group count towards your 300 limit. This means that you are still above your limit. Attached is an articles explaining how the various categories of ordinances reservations work. The second item from the botton on the chart indicates which ordinances count towards your limit.
