I got permission to do my deseased brothers temple work but it's not showing that he was baptized.
My brothers name was Richard Jay Tangren. He was born October 30, 1950. He passed away on April 22, 2006. His membership ID is G9D6-7LK.
I have a copy of his Certificate of Baptism and Confirmation. The baptism was performed in Las Vegas, NV on Jan. 31, 1959. The confirmation was performed on Feb. 1, 1959.
How do I update his information?

@Sharon Lee Fiscus, likely his membership record was never updated with his death date by the Ward clerk or there is a duplicate of him in FS that has not been merged. In any event I am sure someone will soon private message you about this issue.
