Is Clinton Bank a person or institution?

I am afraid this is a silly question, but I've come across an entry for Clinton Bank in the mortgagee column. Since there is an institution named Clinton Bank and a person named Clinton Bank I'm not sure how to enter this.

My guess would be that it is a Bank. If you want to cover all possibilities you could make an entry in both name and organization fields for that entry.

Thank you for your suggestion. I rather think it's a bank as my hunch is that if it's a surname it would be Banks.
