What invalid characters are prohibiting Lois Ethel Goeken K8G5-GF8 from being sealed to her parents?

Lois is my great grandmother and I am trying to reserve her sealing to her parents but the system is saying there are invalid characters. I'm thinking it is related to the ( ) characters in her father's name but not sure. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Certain words and symbols, if used as a name, prevent you from reserving that ancestor's name for temple ordinances. You see a message asking for more information. This includes parenthesis. Please see the Knowledge Article below:

@patricksmith1, yes likely the invalid characters are the brackets "( )" in her father's name. Remove them and see if you are able to reserve the ordinances. You can delete the name "(John)" completely if you want because "John" is already recorded in "Other Information" as an Alternate Name.
