I am querying the difference for uncleared ordinances on ordinance cards printed from FamilySearch website and from the App. I work in the temple and print a lot of cards. The difference is printing from the computer the uncleared ordinances are hashed out (with the xxxs) from the App the boxes are empty with the small box in the corner for cleared ordinances but for uncleared ordinances the small box in the corner is missing.  This is confusing to for both ordinance workers and patrons.

I do hope you can explain this query

Even though the SP is not Xed out, there is no way to do the SP from that card. No parents are listed. I agree for consistency there should be no difference between the cards, whether they are printed from the website or from the app.

I am fully aware that parents are not there but it is the same with any ordinance that hasn’t been selected. This was used to illustrate the difference between the two applications. Please explain the difference between the App and Computer.
