When are close family members eligible for temple ordinances?
Hello - my sister was baptised and confirmed at 8 yrs old. She never received her temple ordinances and then she passed away in September, 2022. I have entered her death date and ordinances ready indicates she is available for baptism and remaining proxy ordinances. I want to record her actual baptism and confirmation. I was there, but don't remember an exact date. I do know she was 8 years old. Can I move forward and reserve her name for initiatory and endowment? Or do I need to get the baptism recorded first?

You will need to get her baptism and confirmation recorded. These are on the duplicate Family Tree record for her which would have been created when her death information was added to her church membership record. If a ward clerk never did that, then that record needs to be updated so that record appears in Family Tree.
You have two options:
1) Contact the ward clerk of the ward she last lived in and have him get the death information added.
2) Repost this question in the Temple section here to get the attention of the proper people who can help you with this, or wait for a moderator to move your question there.
After the Family Tree record with her ordinance information appears in Family Tree merge that record and the one you currently see and then you will be able to have the rest of her ordinances completed.
