Please help me unlock my tree

I’ve been researching for over 20 years and have had my account along time. This is the second time I’m reporting that I can not see my family tree. I can log in but can not see my tree. I’m very frustrated that this hasn’t been fixed. I do not know what happened. I keep refreshing page and keep getting this page.
Have you tried it in a different browser or on a different device?
If it works there, then clearing your FS-related history (cache and cookies) should restore functionality in the original browser.1
Looks like you clicked on a link in an email and you are not actually signed in to FamilySearch. Sign in and see if it will open.0
