G7PJ-BJK Ann Elizabeth Bromley

Ann Elizabeth Bromley G7PJ-BJK, my 2nd cousin 2x removed, has an initiatory card already printed that I gave to my daughter. Then we decided to have her initiatory, endowment, and sealing to parent (SP) ordinances completed the same day so she could be sealed to her remaining children and siblings.
When I went back in to FamilySearch (FS) to print all three ordinances I get the error message "An error occurred. Please try again later." I was able print her children and siblings SP if I did not include Ann Elizabeth Bromley in the printout, so the issue is solely with printing uncompleted ordinances for Ann Elizabeth Bromley G7PJ-BJK. I have tried multiple times so there may be an issue with the programing when you try to print previously printed and not printed ordinances or there could be another reason.
Is there a way to get around this?
Regards,
Phil

Hi @ philipirlaustin1
Thank you for posting your query regarding Ann Elizabeth Bromley G7PJ-BJK not being able to print her ordinances,
Looking at the person page of Ann Elizabeth Bromley there is record hint of a possible duplicate which needs resolving first.
Please see the following knowledge article from FamilySearch Help Centre.
What do I do with duplicate record hints in Family Tree?
Please attach all record hints, even if they appear to be duplicates for the same individual. Do not mark them as "Not a Match."
If you look at each hint carefully, you usually discover differences.
Why duplicate record hints exist
Apparent duplicates can occur for many reasons:
- The record was indexed more than once.
- The event appears in more than one collection. For example, the same marriage record can appear in a county marriage collection and a state marriage collection.
- The record was filmed more than once.
- The collection itself contains duplicate records.
What to do about duplicate record hints
Look at the URL of each record hint. Each one should have a different and unique URL.
- If the apparent duplicate has a unique URL but is not about the person, mark it as Not a Match.
- If the apparent duplicate has a unique URL and is about the person, click Review and Attach as usual. Be aware that when you dismiss apparent duplicates, it can prevent the hinting system from finding record hints for the person in the future.
- If the apparent duplicate has the same URL as another record hint, please contact FamilySearch Supp
Thank you for all that you do in providing the saving ordinances for your ancestors.
Kind Regards.
