Ordinances for Henry Etter

I have been reviewing some old temple cards from my husband's aunt. I found one that is not recorded in FamilySearch and some of these ordinances have been repeated and a few are reserved. Here is a copy of the old temple card from 1993. Can these ordinances be restored to this profile? or be found with the correct profile (I did search some for him)

We were able to use your provided stamped temple card to locate previous ordinances for Henry Etter.

We were able to locate 1969 Baptism, Confirmation and Endowment ordinances so those ordinances now display on ID LBTR-YH7. The date for the 1969 Initiatory was not recorded, hence the 1993 Initiatory displaying.
