I am not sure if this is this is the same person in all three of these file cards.

    On each of the 3 batches that you had questions on, those batches are restricted and we can not view them to try to help you out.

    Please provide the batch number for the 3 batches which is located at the end of the batch such as [xxxx-xxx] and maybe the batches will come up using those number/letters.

    If each of the cards are in separate batches, then you would index them all, even if they're for the same people or even if they're the same document rephotographed in another batch. We can only have duplicate images if the duplicate is in the same batch.

    The last two have the same name. It may be the same person or not. Regardless, they're not duplicate images so each needs to be indexed. The images would have to be two photos of the same document to be duplicate. These are not the same document (or piece of paper) because they're different.
