How do I index the lines with "Do"?

    I can not open your batch to look at it, but do means ditto or same as above. Do you have a name and underneath of it have do? If so that means that is the same name as above it.

    When you have a name, ex. John Smith, then "do" underneath it, you will only index the first instance of the name, no matter how many times "do" appears under the name.
