Permission to do ordinances
I am seeking permission to have ordinance work done for a close family friend, Brian Matthew Kovire, L61G-QFS. He passed away in 2014. He did not know of any living relatives prior to his death and had no children. Brian was the illegitimate child of a teen-aged girl whose father was unknown. He was raised primarily by his maternal grandmother; his mother was in and out of his life. Both predeceased him. I have been unable to find any living relations and have felt prompted to have his work done. Any help you can give me to this end will be much appreciated.
