Confirm sealing information
I have a relative that I'm having a hard time documenting a marriage that shows on Family Search. According to the missionary record and the ordinance date on Family Search, Henry Culver Kartchner both left on his mission and was sealed to Rouzeltha Welker on 18 Mar 1914. Were missionaries allowed to be married in 1914? I can find no other records of this marriage other than the sealing that is connected to these 2 individuals, so I want to verify that the church records have this marriage correctly entered.
The 1930 Census indicates that Henry's first marriage occurred in 1916 to another wife. I also have some evidence that indicates that Rouzeltha died in 1908, so that adds to my desire to verify whether a sealing did take place and if it was to Rouzeltha Welker, daughter of Joseph & Annie Welker.

Someone at FS or a Moderator will need to verify the Sealing for you (they will need the PIDs), but everything you outline fits. One possible scenario is that Henry marries Rouzeltha in a civil marriage prior to her death in 1908. Subsequently he is Sealed to his deceased wife and leaves for his mission in 1914. Later returns in 2 years and marries 2nd wife in 1916. Don't know if Henry's age fits this timeline. I suppose you have already looked at both wives PIDs for sources and clues?

The moderator looked it up and it turns out this was a "law of adoption" sealing and they were never married, it was just a sealing after she died.
