Permission to do Ordinances

I am writing to request permission to do temple ordinances for a friend. Her husband is a member of my ward and asked that I perform these ordinances.

Her name is Lorraine Ellen Law. Her FamilySearch ID number is GJCV-TR3. She is married to Jose Antonio Vincente Perez, and it is he who has asked that the temple ordinances be completed.

Jose has signed a brief statement indicating his consent (see attached).

We hope that permission will be granted prior to December 10, as that is when we plan to attend the temple.

Thank you,

Christine Latchman

Hi Welcome to family search community and asking your question about ordinances for a friend. Since the husband is a member, the easiest and quickest thing to do is to have him reserve the ordinances, print the cards and have you do the ordinances. If he doesn't have a family search account, one could be created. If you want to go through the approval process, this is taking several weeks to complete and certainly will not be done by Dec 10th. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your quick response. I shall do as you have suggested, and have Brother Perez create and account and print his wife's card/s.

    Sincerely,

    Christine
