No. Software folks resolved the issues.

OK, you are working on the problem. Meanwhile my poor wife is thinking she is doing something wrong and is rather upset. At least I can make her feel a bit better by telling her this is NOT her error. Sigh. It is also NOT a problem with either her PC or printer. I have used a LOT of Church SW as 'clerk' in the last 45 years. I also spent a full career in SW development, including finishing off in SW QA - with a variety of professional certifications (ASQ & IEEE). Would you like some help debugging this issue? Our current work around if to copy the card to a USB, copy from there to my laptop, and then print.

Are you and your wife still having difficulties print temple cards? Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps? Have you reached out to FamilySearch Support? I found these articles in the Help Center.
