Any suggestions on how I can get this temple work completed?

I do not know if this conversation is still being followed but in my opinionit is time to start enforcing the 2 year limit for completing temple work again at least in the United States. I have been trying to get two daughters in a family released for the last year. The entire family has their temple work completed except these two and they were reserved in 2016. The work that was completed was done in Provo so I know the temples are open in the area. I have messaged the person who has them reserved but if they are not opening Family Search they will not see the messages I have sent. No email address is given for the person who has them reserved. Any suggestions on how I can get this temple work completed?

How closely are you related? Sometimes with a close relationship Support can help get reserves released.
