I suspect a sealing was done but isn't shown because the name has been corrected

A child Alexander Andreivich Nikamo KNH8-DX2 shows as sealed to his parents in 1991, and I would imagine his parents were sealed to each other at the time. I suspect the spouse sealing for Teresia Emilia Grönros L7F3-MH1 doesn't appear because her name in FamilySearch was previously "Teresia Emilia or Alexandra Grönros", but in 2016 her main name was changed to Teresia Emilia Grönros and an alternate name Alexandra Nifontoff was added as her married name.

Shall I restore the old name and see if an ordinance comes back? Is there a way to search the raw records from the temple?

Changing a name of a person doesn't change what ordinance shows as completed. It looks like the SP was done before the SS was done for those parents. That is ok. Preferably the SS should be done of the parents before the SP of the child, but it does not always happen that way.
