Permission to do Ordinances

My husband had a lady Marie Jelinkova (Her ID Number is KWYB-1J9) on his mission as us to do the temple work for her and her deceased (not a member) husband. She had no children and neither she nor her husband had other living relatives. She has since passed away and we know that she wants this work to be done. What do we need to do to get permission to do her work?
