Incorrect Ordinance dates for Gladys Theresa Graham KWCJ-5TJ

It appears the Baptismal, Confirmation, Initiatory, and Endowment dates for my Grandmother, Gladys Theresa Graham, ID# KWCJ-5TJ, is incorrect. She was born 14 July 1893. Her Baptism and Confirmation presently shows 15 August 1885, being performed before she was born. And Initiatory and Endowment 27 October 1897, Manti Utah Temple, at the age of four.
I do not have the original documentation with the correct dates for evidence of these ordinances.
