Preview function when creating / attaching people to family tree
I want to be able to preview people before creating / attaching them to a particular tree. Sometimes there is hardly any information shown in the possible matches and I have to visit the person page to be sure whether it matches the information or not (Such a situation is shown in Image #1).
The problem is, when I go to a person page directly, the search information will disappear and have to be typed back if the person page did not match. I used to get around this problem by opening the person pages in new tabs for viewing, leaving the search intact in case none of the options matched and therefore I had to create a new person.
Recently, however, the links to the person pages were incomplete, making them trouble some opening in new tabs. For example, opening the person page of Peyton Stewart shown in Image #1 results in the 404 error page shown in Image #2. The reason I found for this is the link (shown in Image #3). It says ‘https://www.familysearch.org/M3FH-1VF’. What the full link should say is ‘https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/M3FH-1VF’ (shown in Image #5). I have found this to be a problem generally, not just with this example.
The minimum I want from this is for the links to be updated to be in the correct format so I can just open them in a new tab like I used to. If possible, it might make more sense to add a ‘preview’ or ‘view in new tab’ button that when clicked would automatically create a new tab and load the person page of the possible match.
If this problem is fixed, it would make my family history work a little bit more simple and efficient.
Thank you in advance!

This is a new bug. I reported it myself yesterday, thought a feedback tab on the page.
