Do I need permission from one adult child or all adult children?

Deceased relatives, whom have not reached beyond 110 years, are needing their temple ordinances done.

    @Harrison, Valerie Racheal, you only need permission from one child.

    But, as I understand it,if the first one you ask says "No." you are to stop there. I have read that we are not to keeping asking one child after another until we finally find one that says Ok.
