About permission to seal my sister to her husband; do I still need it?

My sister, is my half sister My father remarried after my mother and he were divorced. She, my sister from the 2ed marriage and her husband are both deceased; do I still need permission to seal them when there other work is done?

    Hi Welcome to Family Search Community and posting your question about permission to do ordinances. There are two parts here since there are two people involved. You have a common father with your sister and if that is shown properly on family search then you can do individual ordinances for your sister. But you are not considered a close living relative to your brother in law. Therefore, yes you will need permission from a close living relative of your brother in law. Close living relatives are parents, undivorced living spouse, siblings or children. Hope this helps.
