Incorrect Temple Ordinances
My Great-Granduncle, Hans Soren Hansen, ID# LRSJ-D78, temple ordinances are incorrect when comparing with the Index Card to Manti Temple Records. Presently FS shows Baptism on 21 August 2002, the Temple Card shows 16 November 1968. Next FS shows Endowment on 16 June 2017, the Temple Card shows 9 October 1889. Next FS shows Sealing to Parents on 9 December 2017, the Temple Card shows 9 October 1889.
Please correct these ordinances if possible. See attached Index Card.
