Sealing to parents not linking to parents. Can someone fix?

Gust August Lindbloom LXWQ-43S was sealed to parents 13 December 2019 Salt Lake Temple. I have it reserved to keep it from being done again. Somehow it is not linking to the parents. I cannot tell what is wrong. Could someone please fix the problem? (and tell me what happened). I probably still have the card for the sealing.

What do you mean it is not linking to the parents? I noticed that the parents don't have any dates or places listed. Could this be the problem?
