Permission to do ordinances for a friend

I have written permission from a brother Carlos Isidro Huamán Rosales) to do the ordinances for a friend (Juan Cipriano Huamán Rosales (GZTZ-QK8) and some other family members. What is the process I need to follow to obtain that permission?
