Missing Ordinances

Ghost Parent issue

I merged Florence L. Bethel, GMS5-TF7 with a duplicate and the SP ordinance shows completed in 2015, but the parents names are missing.

There is a SP Request button to seal her to Willia Villers Bethel and Ida Jane Gwynn, but I believe she was sealed to the same parents in 2015.

Please resolve per KA https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/a-childs-sealing-to-parent-ordinance-is-done-family-tree-still-shows-a-green-temple-icon-or-the-status-request

Florence is the wife of my 9th cousin once removed.
