Sealing to Parents should say BIC

Randall Crowley Bennion [K2XH-PPP] died in 1961. His father, Rex Randall Bennion [KWZ6-LNF] just passed away on 7 Nov 2022. Rex's ordinances show on his ordinances page, but when I switch to Randall's ordinances page, I see "Cannot Request - Not Available / This person has not been deceased for 30 days." I don't understand why it doesn't show as BIC. I get the impression that the system thinks that SP needs to be done. Could someone look at this for me?
