Incorrect Baptism Date
Karen Marie Sorensen Hansen, ID# KW8C-CZH, baptismal date is incorrect. Her Index Card to End. House Temple Records show that she was baptized on 15 August 1867 while she was living
instead of 5 June 1999 in the Portland Oregon Temple. Please see attached ordinance card.
