Unlikely to be an issue with the new profile page. Have you tried reverting to the old page and trying again?

One the new page, if I go to My Reservations, choose a person, and click Print, this pop-up appears:
I can un-check everything then click just the ordinance I want to have printed, in this case B/C. So this works just fine.
What you cannot do is un-check everything and then choose just one ordinance out of order. For example, I cannot click just Sealing to Parents here unless B/C/I/E are already completed. Family Tree enforces doing these five ordinances in the correct order.

Thank you both. It seems to be working now. When I first tried to print from the new page, for about a week, if I selected the one next ordinance the person needed, it gave me an error message. “There was an error in printing; please try again later.”Or something like that popped up in red font. Only by selecting all ordinaries would it print. So I switched back to the old format page and it printed fine. Then last night I tried it from the new page and it worked properly without an error message.
