I have permission from George Paddeck to do temple work for his wife & child. Jeraldine Leah Conner Paddeck KWN3-RCB & Kathryn Lyn Paddeck 9CSW-WKB.

I submitted this earlier today at the ordinance tab. I have attached the letter from George.
