Lost family tree

Around 10 years ago I had my family tree in here - I have an account but cant seem to find myself or tree

I cant seem to find how to solve this issue on the site and couldn't find a contact us email address for this type of enquiry

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you for posting your question in the Community. Because FamilySearch protects the privacy of living individuals, it is not possible to find yourself in Family Tree without using your username and password.

    To solve issues with FamilySearch accounts, it is necessary to talk personally with FamilySearch Support. If you will click on the circled question mark in the upper right corner of this website, you can click on Contact Us. Next, click on the map that represents the area in which you live. We see your area gives you the option of Scheduling an Appointment.

    Once you click on Schedule an Online Appointment, you will be given additional information to connect with a representative who can help you.

    We believe this will help you find the tree you created.
