Can an entry field be added to accommodate when an entry is missed.

    Yes. On your tool bar, click this (it is located next to the trash can icon).

    This box will pop up. You can add up to 99 entries at a time. Choose the number to be added, where you want to place the extra entry/entries and click Add. The new entries are now placed.
