Problem printing family cards

Hi. I'm having a problem printing family cards. After clicking the "Take to the Temple" button within the Ordinances Ready workflow, I don't get the screen that shows the printed card in print-ready format. Instead I get the page titled "Print Family Name Cards for the Temple" which asks the question "Was a Family Name Card Created?" And that page is *jittery.*

I've cleared cookies both within the browser and from familysearch.org/cookies but the problem persists.

I have two laptops both running Windows 11 and the same problem happens on both laptops.
