How can it be cleared? My mothers work before death- a non member.
ID #s On family tree is incorrect.
My mother, on family tree: GQY3-YD6
My mother: In the original paper card from the temple; LNMX-SPM
The dates on Family Tree are not my mother's, they are my aunt's temple work in
2009, Sao Paulo Temple, Brazil. I added my aunt yesterday.
I do not mind doing all the work from the start. But I need to do my mother's
endowment. It can be done only after is it cleared in Family Tree.
My aunt’s Paper work:
ID: KGC4-FZZ - all work done in the Sao Paul, Brazil Temple in 28-31 June of 2009
I could not upload copies due to permission status.
Gratefully,
Bro Leonardo

Hi Welcome to Family Search Community and posting the question about you mother's temple work. There have been a series of merges and new records which have combined your aunt and mother together in many ways. You have also changed the name at least once on your aunts record to match your mother. So we would recommend the following.
1- your Aunt - current record is GJ4G-3WG for Balbina Maria Ferreira Evaristo. This is the record you just made for your aunt. The death date is indicating that she needs no ordinances except sealing to paretns. As near as we can tell and you mention it, the original record for you aunt was KGC4-FZZ. Back in 2017, you changed the name on this record from your aunt to your mother and then in 2021, you merged it with the GQY3-YD6 record of you mother. This is how your aunts ordinance got on your mother. We recommend you restore record KGC4-FZZ for your aunt, change the name back to your aunt and merge with record GJ4G-3WG, the current record for your aunt. That should take care of your aunt and remove her ordinances from the record of your mother.
2- Your mother's current record is GQY3-YD6. The original record as near as we can tell and you mention it is LNMX-SPM. This record has your mother's ordinances. We recommend you restore record LNMX-SPM and then merge record GQY3-YD6 into it. You will want to make sure you have the dates, places and names correct for both your mother and aunt and be very careful to not mix them together again. Also make sure any sources are attached to the correct records.
Please make the changes for your aunt first followed by your mother. Below is a link for instructioon on restoring a record if you don't know how to do that. Please let us know of further questions or comments.
