How to perform temple ordinances when they have been reserved for 4 to 5 years with no activity

I have reserved a couple sealing for L8DV-HH5 and L8DV-H5X. The prior ordinances were reserved in 2018 by an individual "Hoskins" with no activity in the prior ordinances. The expiration date for those prior ordinances keeps extending. I would like to reserve and perform the prior ordinances. "Hoskins" does not have contact information in FamilySearch. I wish you would not keep extending the expiration date.

I am finding many names with the same situation, they have been reserved 3-4 years ago, but not activity has been done. Any ideas?

Anyone have a answer yet? If an ordnance has not been done for years, can't I just reserve it for me and do the work?

"The expiration date for those prior ordinances keeps extending. I would like to reserve and perform the prior ordinances."

copied from above . I have the same problem. Reservation extending and no work being done. I have been told that there is a computer bot programs that keep reserving Baptism and Initiatory so no other work can be done. I have also tried to contact this person with no results.

    My Suggestion:

Like the 90 day limit on reservations, I Think there should be a 90 break before the same person could reserve any thing on that person again.
