Why am I have problems printing temple cards from the new version?

I had printed a few temple cards and then began receiving "an error has occurred, please try again later" message and I was unable to print temple cards any more. I waited until the next day and I was still receiving that message and still unable to print. I called the help line. She helped me try resetting the cookies, that didn't work. She tried having me switch from using Foxfire to Google Chrome, that didn't work. I turned the printer off and then on again, that didn't work, I could print other documents, I went into my daughter's account and I WAS able to print a card from her reservations. I went back into my account and switched from the new format to the old format AND IT PRINTED.

Commenting on your last line, "I went back into my account and switch from the new format to the old format AND IT PRINTED." You may want to report this issue to the New Person Page Group, if you believe this was a printing problem unique to the new format. Link below.
