Indexing Program Problem

How do I report a problem with the indexing program? For the last several days I have been unable to access views of records outside of my batch, either before or after the batch. The message is "!Image currently unavailable (forbidden)". How do I complete a record that continues on the page after the images on my batch? Do I mark the unavailable information with blanks?

    Many individuals are having the same difficulty. You can check on the original image by using @John Empoliti method which is posted in the community help questions. It is under Reference Images are Not Working.
