1950 Census Filters

It would be helpful to be able to filter results by race/ethnicity and/or county/smaller jurisdiction. 

I'd also like to be able to use specific database searches without knowing the name of the person. For example, I was trying to figure out how many African Americans were living in my county in the 1940.  

When I click on Exact, I mean Exact. So, I don't want to see people born in 1920 when I put in a range of 1810-1830.
