Why, when my Mother passed away, do I lose all that I have been writing in her Memories?

My Brother and Sister and I have been writing our Moms history. About two weeks ago our Mom passed away. Now we can no longer get into the Memories to continue her history. We were writing it directly in her History Memories on her log in.

What do we have to do so that we can continue this precious story?

Every thing that we have tried, and people that we have talked to for help, has not helped us in our efforts. What do we have to do in order to continue and finish her story. Isn't this what Memories are for? Or is everything tragically lost?

    A few questions:

    1) A Was she lds (the answers can differ dependong on this question)

    2) were the items marked as PUBLIC?

    3) were such items placed in albums?

    4) Do you happen to know examples of key words that may have been in the title or description to such entries ?

if the items were set as public and not private and they were titled - you may be able to find them by using the FIND option and search on key words that would have been in the title

If you use multiple terms in the FIND you may be better off using the AND operator between the terms and making sufre it is in capital letters.

    also - can you clarify

when you say " do I lose all that I have been writing in her Memories"

are you saying that you were logging in with her account - to write these memories?
