There are two people on this page that I cannot attach to a record because they do not appear to be indexed. Other names seem to be out of order in the index.

In these cases you need to attach in two stages. First, add the record (page) to your source box, then add it to the relevant IDs. You can then amend the title of the source to reflect the name(s) of the individual(s) being referenced.
