printing from family groups
I am not able to print cards from my family group unless I unshare them. Is there a secret to printing them and leaving them in the family group? I would like to print the initatory then let my children do the endowments when i get finished

I went ahead and tested this out and the system appears to be working just fine. I shared a name with the our family group then went to the group, clicked on the check box by the name, clicked print, the popup allowed to chose just certain ordinances, and then I could have clicked Print:
Are you working from a computer or the app?
What is the precise procedure you are using?
What do you see at each step?
Can you post some screen shots showing what you see as you try to follow the procedure to print a card?
Have you cleared your browser cookies and browser history recently?

Or are you trying to print from your "My Reservations" list under the "Shared With Group" tab?:
If that is what you are trying to do, you are correct. You cannot print from there. Once you have shared the reservation to the group, you have to either print from the group or unshare it back to My Reservations where it will go back to the Available tab where it will available for you to print it.

Thank you. I got them to print by sending them back to my reservations and doing them individually. I will try these suggestions on my next visit. thanks again
