My sister LK7W-5HM is listed in your records as being deceased. She is not deceased and your records need to be corrected.

You can correct this error. Click on the edit button next to death then select living.

I have taken the steps you provided to try and get the change made. How long will it take to get the change reviewed and approved?

While you are waiting from FS, you can try contacting the person who entered the incorrect status and they can change it quickly. Click on their name and message them.

@Steven Murray Petty It may take a few days or a week before FamilySearch is able to fix the mistake and make your sister appear as living. They will fix it, as that has happened to one of my records. Keep checking back to see when it has been fixed.

    Kind Regards,

    Shannon
