Ordinances performed but not shown

Ordinances for my deceased father (LXT7-LNF) were performed in the Tokyo temple.

But before leaving I didn't pick up the printed confirmation?

Since I didn't pick those up the ordinances aren't recorded?

I wasn't aware of any such rule since this was my first time.

Since the Tokyo temple was shutdown for years for renewal I haven't been able to confirm anything. Who should I contact?
