MORTGAGEE IS "CONSENT"

I'm working on the NY Westchester Indexes to Mortgagors. Some images have "Consent" under the column for mortgagee name. How do I index that? Is that another way of indicating ditto for the name above it?

I might have a different opinion if I was looking at your batch. If you attach your batch code to this question I will check. I don't think in this case it will make a difference but it is usually best to share your batch when asking a question.

"Consent" is a legal term and is not an individuals name or a company or organization name so I would mark those fields Blank.

I think you're right. I re-read the project instructions about mortgagors not having a name of a person or company and that could apply to mortgagees as well. Thank you!
