Your instructions to fix problem are too confusing and I can't seem to fix my problem.

Have you tried the instructions in this Help Center article?

If so, and are still struggling. Please reply with the PID that is causing the loop.

Determining which PID is causing the loop might be half the problem...

Carol, I don't know if this will help you, but it helps me to keep in mind the basic structure of the Family Tree when trying to enter or fix complicated-seeming relationships. The Tree consists of individual profiles that are linked together with two types of relationships: spouse and parent-child. A looping pedigree is caused by an incorrect parent-child relationship, and to fix it, you need to find that incorrect relationship and delete it.

Yeah, I know, easier said than done: the likely reason for the loop's existence in the first place is that the people all have the same names, so it's hard to tell the generations apart. Basically, you have to look for the Family Members section where the dates are impossible, i.e., where one of the children is older (born earlier) than the parents. Click the pencil next to that impossible child and follow the instructions in the help article.
