Almost okay with new format....
I am getting more comfortable with using the new format, however it's almost impossible to add photographs and records. When the new format was introduced it took me over 20 minutes to add a picture because I had to take additional steps to get it from my computer to the individual's page, plus taking extra steps to add it. That issue has not improved! Also, I would like to be able to copy the record number of the individual to my computer, and now I have to do it manually. A feature that is now not possible. There are so many bugs in the new program. I hope you don't shut down the old format before you get everything fixed. It is frustrating! Sigh! It's really cumbersome folks!

You are going to have to fully explain the trouble you had getting a photo on a person's Memories page. Here is how it works when I have done it:
