Can I move names between Family Groups?
I am part of a very large family organization, much too large for the 100 member limit in new family groups feature. If I create two groups and as a member/administrator of both groups, can I move ordinance cards between the groups, to keep a balanced number of available ordinances in each group?

I believe you can unshare them from one group and then share them to another. Never tried it but I think that's possible.

Thank you for posting your question in the Community regarding Family Groups.
According to an article from our Help Center, "The user who shared the ordinance with a family group can unshare as long as no other group members reserved them."
Here are the steps described in the article:
- Sign in to FamilySearch.org, and click Temple.
- Click Family Groups.
- If you have more than one family group, click the group name on the left.
- Click the box beside each name that you want to unshare from the group.
- Click Reserve for Later. The reservation moves to My Reservations.
From My Reservations, you should be able to share with a different group.
There are many excellent articles in our Help Center about Family Groups. Simply type, "Family Groups" in the search box for a list of links.
We hope this helps.
Best wishes.
