Record Hints is no longer listed in the New Person page. It is under Research Help. It needs to be 'Record Hints/Research Help'. As long as we are still using both the old and the new, we need to be clear on what both say.

The person who made that comment will have to explain better what this issue is. I don't seen anything other than the style difference between the old and new pages:
There was not an additional title for hints on the old page. Where was he seeing that?

I deleted my comments yesterday because I believed I could see what the issue was. On the old page, clicking on "Show all" did give a "Record Hints" category, but from the new page the heading was just "Research Help".
I thought I would add a couple of screenshots this morning (GMT), but the problem seems to have been resolved now - i.e., the "Record Hints" heading does now appear on the new version, so there isn't the inconsistency Lynzi reported.
I imagine there will continue to be a fair amount of "instability" in presentation, while the engineers play around with the coding, prior to establishing the "final" version of the new page(s).
The "New Page" version has changed from yesterday and now matches the "old" (with Record Hints category now added / reinstated):

The issue appears to be resolved. If you have the contact details of the patron perhaps you could notify the outcome. Otherwise, best to refer patrons directly to this forum and not raise issues on their behalf.
